A room is generally any area up to 200 sq. ft. Combined living/dining areas or large basements may count as two rooms to ensure we provide a deep, thorough clean.
Do you offer free estimates?
Absolutely. We can provide ballpark estimates over the phone or via text based on your room count, or schedule an on-site walkthrough for commercial spaces to give you a firm quote.
Is there an extra charge for pet stains?
Standard cleaning includes general spot removal. Specific pet urine or deep odor treatments involve specialized enzymes and subsurface extraction, which are priced as add-ons per area.
How long does the carpet take to dry?
Typically between 4–6 hours depending on humidity and airflow. We recommend keeping ceiling fans on and minimizing foot traffic until the fibers are completely dry.
Do you move furniture before cleaning?
We can move light items like coffee tables or chairs. We ask that you clear toys, breakables, and smaller items from the floor before we arrive to ensure safety and efficiency.
Are there any travel fees?
We service Lynchburg, Forest, Bedford, Amherst, and Madison Heights. Sites more than 25 miles from our base in Madison Heights may incur a modest travel stipend to cover costs.
